Bryan Yusuf is the founder and managing partner of Bryan Yusuf Advocates. He has a wealth of experience in corporate and commercial practice including corporate advice, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, corporate finance, real estate and intellectual property. Bryan acts as counsel for both local and international clients.

Bryan is an Advocate of the High Court and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree in International Business Law (Distinction) from Middlesex University, London, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
